My sister is in town and asked if I wanted to run this morning. She is just starting to run again so I was excited that she wanted to go. She did great! We did 3.8 miles and she only walked once! I wish she lived closer so we could run together more often.
Had a great time chatting with you on our run:) enjoyed even more proving to myself I could run that far! I even got back out today and did another 3.5 no walking this time. Loving this weather!!
